Un sistema binario de planetas, uno tiene civilización muy parecida a la de los humanos, y el otro planeta está habitado por seres mitológicos y mágicos. Hace miles de años estos 2 planetas poseían magia, pero debido a una terrible catástrofe la magia fue erradicada de uno de esos planetas. Hoy día todo nexo de un planeta con el otro fue perdido, salvo por las montañas más altas de cada uno, las cuales se alinean siempre en el día que es la mitad del año. A-nio (el planeta sin magia) es una civilización que sabe aprovechar todos los recursos de su planeta y lo conoce al 100% pero no tiene aún la tecnología para salir de su planeta. Mientras que O-bereshit (el planeta con magia) tiene fobia hacia los habitantes de A-nio por lo que le han hecho a su planeta.

Everyone was evacuated from the home planet over 150 years ago. Our planet was dying, it was only a matter of time before our race was wiped out. We now live on a synthetic planet designed and built by our ancestors who came together from all parts of the globe to devise a plan to save us. We have lived peacefully for over a century.. Until now. Our lives were threatened when a mysterious and deadly virus broke out, killing entire communities at a time. The council says that they have a plan; they said that in order to prevent the death of more innocent people they will test every man, woman, and child for signs of the virus. Any person found to have been infected will be quarantined, the ones who die will be given a proper burial while the ones who survive are deemed carriers and are to be sent to the home planet to prevent further outbreak. I was prepared for the people I know and some I love being taken away for the greater good, but I never would have expected that among the list of people being taken from my community, that I would be one of them.. I survived the quarantine. Now for the survival of my planet I, and the other Carriers must be sent to the home planet. I'm going back to Earth. He cultivated crops, raised cattle and sheep, cleared roads, and established medical facilities. Busy day in and day out, he fed the mighty army and comforted the wounded soldiers, turning the military camp into a better place. The generals treated him as if they were meeting their parents who provided them with food and clothing. The only man who had brought him here wore a perpetual scowl, suppressing his anger. "I am the one you married, the one who drank the ceremonial wine with you, and also the one who shared the wedding chamber with you. Shouldn't you be looking at me?"

FREELANCER. BOOK ONE of the FREELANCER SERIES by JAJordan7221

Back in the late 1990's a great PC game came out called FREELANCER. It was an open galaxy adventure space game that had a good storyline. I spent untold hours flying through space in this game and I always thought it was ripe for a spinoff side story but I never pursued it. Nearly 30 years later I discovered a website called GOOD OLD GAMES where you could find and download many great games of yore. There I found FREELANCER. So I climbed back into the cockpit of a starfighter after so long and have enjoyed it even more than I did way back when. Once again the possibility of a side story presented itself and this time I have risen to the challenge. I have always been an avid reader of SCI-FI and I will be the first to tell you that I have blatantly used ideas from other sci-fi works in my story. I have also used names of real people and places to flesh out my narrative. And as a warning for those offended by sexual content, I have included some pretty erotic sexual segments in my story, so you may want to close your eyes as you read those parts. If you have ever enjoyed playing the FREELANCER PC game, you may enjoy my story. Let me know. As a side note to the story: In the story there is a space station named Lajes. In the following books I have changed the name from Lajes to Freeport Seven. Sorry if it causes any confusion.
