Welcome to the 23rd century. Here in this world, humans have the ability to use RB technology (Rebirth) Allowing them to gain the attributes and traits of historical figures using their DNA. The process is expensive, but well worth it to the rich and powerful who wish to become leaders, fighters, or  practically anything..
  However, there is one set of RB DNA that is coveted by everyone.. The DNA of the super powered heroes from the heroic era of the 22nd century. And those who are lucky enough to become heroes, are admitted into an academy. 
  Narin Jousuke is a poor middle school student who won a sweepstakes for a free Rebirth, and when he finds out that there's a spot of being a hero available, he jumps on it with excitement, dreaming of becoming a cool super hero..
  however, he fails  to specify what kind of hero he wants to the workers, and when he wakes up, he's not only a hero whose only gained small time local fame when she was alive, but this hero.. is a GIRL!!
  Now Narin must learn to deal with his or now.. her.. terrible carelessness as well as how to control the power of the small time hero, Shocker Girl.
