Nathan Miller has been and always will be the star of the show. Cocky and pretentious that he is, Nathan is about to learn that the show isn't always about him. Emily Torres has just entered the spotlight on this stage or should I say "crew", and when Emily sees Nathan, she's speechless. Literally, she can't speak. Nathan is about to learn that one can't always be a selfish jerk, and he's about to learn, not through words, but by signs.

She's the new girl, and everyone's obsessed with her. Perfect grades. Perfect looks. Perfect confidence. She doesn't need anyone, doesn't try to impress anyone. Guys want her, girls want to be her, and the whole school watches her like she's some kind of goddess. 𝐒𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐚 𝐀𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫 was the definition of control. A quiet perfectionist, she lived her life by a strict schedule, keeping everyone at arm's length. Smart, composed, and flawless, no one could break through her walls. That is, until Nathan noticed her. 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫 was naturally brilliant, but unlike Sophia, he thrived in chaos. He didn't need to plan-he simply did what he wanted. And what he wanted was to push Sophia out of her controlled world. He liked the challenge, the fire he saw hidden beneath her cold exterior. Every time he teased her, every time he got close, he saw more of her untapped side-the part of her that was fierce and real. But what Nathan didn't know was that every time he talked to her, he was making her life harder. Her carefully constructed world was unraveling, and at home, she paid the price for letting anyone in. The more Nathan pushed, the more Sophia distanced herself, and Nathan couldn't figure out why. The more he wanted to break through her walls, the more he found himself tangled in the mystery of why she always kept him at arm's length. Dream On

24 parts Complete

For Natalia Aguirre, the last thing she wanted was to go to a different high school in the middle of the year. Oh, and you know: living with a stepdad who doesn't care if she's dead or alive, having an overly protective brother, her mother working across the globe in Hong Kong, and the whole moving out to a different state the week before getting on the plane is a minor factor too. But when her house burns down and she is forced to go live with the school's ice skating champion, she begins to realize that there is more to life than just family problems. Warning: May have a few triggers for those with family issues and panic attacks. Also, major cringe alert, it's going to be a bumpy ride. There is swearing, so if you don't swear, then... well, sorry. Other than all that other stuff written up there, thank you for reading all of this shit and I hope you enjoy the story!
