Amelia Coleman has only two people on her whole class which she can call "friends" , Julia and Samantha. It's been this way since third grade and to some- no, most of her class this is practically a miracle.
Amelia wasn't exactly your typical 16 year old junior high school student. She was very reserved and tended to be rude towards people; only those who dared to be persistent and consistent to get to know her would be able to know the real her. However seeing as most of her class mates had already dismissed even the mere thought of approaching her, she settled and found her self satisfied with what little friends she had. Al though she wasn't bullied, she found her self being excluded from the rest of her class. Every year was the same, so logically Amy was used to it and expected her last two years of high school to be exactly the same.

But what she hasn't expecting was a new class mate.... And an annoyingly persistent one ...... But will this new student be Consistent as well?

"Amelia, why do you even want to become friends with this guy so badly?" "Because he's Easton Foster." "He won't become friends with you because you're only twelve years old; I probably wouldn't even be friends with you if I wasn't the same age." "I know." Amelia Nelson is anything but your average 12-year-old. Skipping two grades and entering high school as a freshman, she has always been laser-focused on her academics. Her goal? Achieve straight "A"s, impress her teachers, get accepted into Harvard, maybe even become valedictorian. But when she makes a promise over the summer to stay focused on her studies throughout high school, she doesn't anticipate one thing: Easton Foster. A popular 16-year-old football player in his sophomore year with a carefree attitude and a killer sense of humor, Easton is the last person she should want to become friends with. She knows that football players like him typically do not become friends with marching band members like her. She also knows that the age gap between her and Easton would prevent a friendship between them. As Amelia's interactions with Easton deepen, she finds herself torn. She can't shake the desire to be friends with him, but the more time she spends thinking about him, the more she wonders if it's worth breaking the promise she made to herself. Will she stay true to her academic goals, or is there something to be gained from pursuing a friendship with someone who seems so different from her? Amelia faces the ultimate dilemma: What's more important-the future she's planned, or the unexpected connections that could change everything? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- An ongoing comedy-drama friendship novel that will keep you waiting for more parts! In Love With The Bad Boy

36 parts Complete

Amelia Anderson (16 years old). Let me tell you something about her. You know that popular people that always look attractive, throw amazing parties and have a wonderful social life? Right, she's exactly the opposite. Everyone is considering her a nerd, and obviously she has that crush that will never like her back. She goes into her natal country for holiday and there she finds him. *** "I'm scared" I said when I pulled back from the kiss. "Why, babygurl?" He asked kissing me one more time. "You know, when we go back to England will be different, what if I lose you? What if your friends don't like me?" I was serious, looking into his eyes. I was actually scared, it was true, what are his friends going to say when they find out he's going out with a nerd like me. Bad boys don't go out with good girls, even if Jason wasn't a bad boy, for me he wasn't, but his reputation said something else. He was popular and cool, I was nerdy and unattractive. It was a big difference. ***
