October 31st, 1981. 

The day that Harry Potter became the boy who lived. Of course, this day and the legacy of Harry Potter went down in history; but what about the girl who survived?

What if Lily and James Potter has not only one child, but a set of twins? 

Well in fact, they did. 

On that Halloween night, Dumbledore showed up to the Potter household and apparated away with a sobbing Amaya Evangeline Potter in his arms. No one had ever seen Maya again after Dumbledore took her, so they assumed she was dead and had soon forgotten about her because of spells that the ministry had put in place. 

Dumbledore had sent Maya off to live with a squib in America, unknowing that it would be a terrible mistake.

Twelve years later, Maya was accustomed to pain. Saying that the people she lived with were terrible was an absolute understatement. She endured through both emotional and physical torture for as long as she was living in that apartment, and concluded that it would take a miracle to be able to leave. And that household and all of the people inside of it only held her back from being the best person she could be. She wished for real friends. She wished for real family. Most importantly, she wished to feel loved. 

Luckily, one knock on her front door answered all of her wishes, and completely changed her fate.

Maya Potter is Harry Potter's sister. Most people would assume that the two of them would share the spotlight but that's not the case. Harry was the one who survived the attack of Voldemort where Maya was hidden away. The two siblings were very close growing up because living with their aunt and uncle, they were both treated the same way. However, everything changed once Hagrid came and took them to the wizarding world. Hagrid explained to the two kids about hogwarts and what actually happened to their parents and of course about how most dark and dangerous wizards were put in the Slytherin house. Harry and Maya were told that Slytherins are usually very bad. Now when it came to being sorted into their houses, Harry was sorted into gryffinfor but Maya was sorted into Slytherin. Since then everything changed between them. This story takes place during their 6th year (the half blood prince) where Maya finally gets close to Draco after being in the same friend group for a while. Madam Pomfrey stood completely frozen for a long moment like this was the exact opposite of what she expected to happen when Draco woke up. "Mr. Malfoy, wait!" The witch eventually called out, but Draco was already out of the door. Draco wakes up in the hospital wing having no idea who he is and how he got there. Turns out he fell 20 feet down the stairs and got his memory wiped. What else could go wrong? Meeting Harry Potter definitely was fun, but can he figure out who obliviated him and get his memories back? Or will he be stuck like this for the rest of his life? Drarry story Draco is best friends with Pansy, Theo, and Blaise This story is a mix between being fun and being angsty, so be prepared for sudden jumps between light and dark (I can't help how my brain thinks, just roll with it) For teen and up audiences.
