A human fell into the Underground, and began befriending every monster they came across, including the skeleton brothers. Their acts of kindness seemed to be genuine, giving the monsters no reason to distrust them... Until the human pulled a one-eighty and killed Sans when everyone least expected it.

This is the story of how Papyrus grieved over his older brother's death, how he discovered the truth about his mysterious sibling... and eventually, how he decides to avenge his sibling's murder.

But in the end he'll forget everything once the timeline resets again, right? That's what he's afraid of. 

(Based on the AU "Disbelief Papyrus," but with an original twist. There are no pairings except for what's canon. This is mainly Papyrus-centric, but it does focus on mystery of Sans during the story.)All Rights Reserved

Was this truly the last RESET? Sans wondered. But he knew only Frisk would tell, only this young girl would decide his future. He hated the thought of it at first, but hatred began to grow numb after he figured out he had no say in his own future. He had to admit though, Frisk was pretty reasonable, it was Chara who was the maniac. But she was gone now, so what was the anticipating, eerie, feeling that he had in his bones? The feeling that something wasn't right, of course, this timeline was already incredibly strange. Monsters get reborn after death. Reborn monsters don't remember their past memories. They either turn into a demon or an angel based on their psychological state. The more pure the monster, the more holy they are. Same thing for the other one. When they have more darkness and pain the monster has before death, they have more power as demons and their tails are longer. An angel and demon being together meant that the demon is tricking and manipulating the angel. Papyrus became an angel after being sliced by the human, and Sans turned into a demon for his soul was full of anger, hate, vengeance, and regret. Being reborn usually meant complete loss of memories. But Sans can remember everything. Clearly. He can remember his beloved brother, his "unique" spagetti, the horrible torture experiments by the doctor... EVERYTHING. So what happens if Sans meets with his brother once again? A long time ago, two races dominated the land: monsters and humans. The relationship between both races was conflictual, hostile, and difficult, as humans feared monsters, both for their appearances and for the great power they could possess by obtaining a human soul. Because of this, monsters were always treated as scum and creatures to be feared, creating a significant prejudice against them. However, one day, the monsters grew tired of this situation, and their king decided to start a war against all humans, thus decreeing the beginning of ruin for their own people. This war lasted a long time, but in the end, the victors were the humans, who, with great magical power derived from the souls of the wizards of the time, sealed the monsters underground. Many years passed after this event. Legends said that any human who fell into that underground would die, but a child decided to go to the place where everything had been sealed. They ended up falling but managed to survive the fall and now seek a way to escape or a reason to stay. Immense credits to Error Sannes, a YouTube channel creating its own AU of StoryFell. Without his narrative, I would have created something much more basic, so to speak. Of course, I will also create my own scenes and specific interactions, but what he has done is already very good and helps me a lot to have a direction.
