Being a psychiatrist at Arkham means dealing with some of the most dangerous criminals in Gotham. Doctor Lilith Matthews was very aware of this, but took the job anyway. She was supposed to be his substitute doctor, until his recovered. Instead she was changed to his full on doctor.

What Lilith had no idea, was that all of these criminals would break out of their cells and take over the island, along with Batman to try and stop it. 

Will Lilith survive a night in Hell? Or fall prey at the hands of her patient...

But with the criminally insane, I happen to find them absolutely fascinating. They are anything but boring. Their minds work in ways unlike any other,and I want to study them; To find out what really makes them tick. I want to know the catalyst that can make a normal,everyday person-like myself- fall into a category of animalistic behaviour; The that's space between insane and insecure.
