I am a 40 year old Mother of two amazing sons and a wife of a loving husband.  I have battled my weight as long as I can remember,  and sadly my struggle to lose weight is still my current reality.  I have a story to tell, one that is worth sharing.  I know that there are so many men and women dealing with weight issues, who, like myself, feel alone in their battle. I crave to live a happy and healthy life both mentally and physically. I know if you are reading this, you do as well.  Well, you are not alone; I am here.
