When Seiren learns that Teiko bares of a threat against them, maybe even a war brewing, they decide to send their top agent inside: Kuroko Tetsuya. (With the help of a certain Tiger, Kagami Taiga)

"It's a simple job. You're going to act as a performer in the Teiko Ceremony, since we've learned that they are inducting their newest addition, Kise Ryouta, into their Empire. He's said to be joining the Generation of Miracle soldier group. Gather intel at the ceremony's afterparty then report back immediately." The order was.
