Nico di Angelo is a  Guardian--a near-human species that has gone nearly extinct and is hardly known outside of minority religious circles. In the nearby village, he's known instead as the Monster due to the king's relentless hunting teams sent to find and kill the strange entity. 

Will Solace is having a particularly bad day, which is why he's desperate enough for companionship that he's spent the last few agonizing hours talking to the person who's been stalking him. But despite Will's desire for a friend, the truth about his stalker makes him rethink everything. 

Nico and Will meet, accuse each other of trying to kill each other, and slowly learn to lean on each other. 

The only problem with their deepening relationship: Guardians and humans have a sacred pact to prevent war between species--and rule number one is that there shall be no romance between Guardians and humans. 

Together, they embark on a perilous journey, battling against the odds to defy fate and carve out a future where acceptance and understanding can flourish amidst the shadows of intolerance.

As the summer comes to a close Will has to say goodbye to his friends and family (godly side of the family), with promises to visit every other weekend, they leave. And once again Will is left at camp for the winter, but this time he has more than just Austin and Kayla who are going to stay with him, he has Nico di Angelo too. But as the seasons change and the leaves turn from green to brown and as the frost seems to cover the world in white, Will remembers what happened years ago. And as he tries to understand, his world is shaken upside down. His world is in pieces, it is shattered because of three words. I have read a lot Solangelo stories all of them are good, but, none that have really gone the way that I have imagined so i decided to write my own. BTW, I have never written anything before. So, i apologize in advance if i make any mistakes. The characters in the story are of course entirely owned by Rick Riordan without which we would not be here reading this today. Please feel free to leave comments. I never wrote anything before so any advise would be appreciated. I'm not entirely sure how the age of consent works in all 50 states so for the purpose of this story Nico is 18 and Will is 20 (just in case :). This story has man x man content.
