Life of Susan Edwards took a sudden swerve from being ranked as 'Perfect' by her to being at rock-bottom.

On her 16th Birthday, her mother made an announcement- an announcement that according to her would probably wreathe Susan's life with roses.

Maybe she was unaware of the fact that roses have thorns, some of them concealed.

Her life now swayed between being worse and worst. The announcement being the beginning of the worse for her perfect life.

Delve into Susan's past to find what makes her shed salty tears in a futile attempt to burn the blazing fire of agony and anguish within her?

Will this fire ever extinguish or will it continue to flare to burn Susan everyday?

“Felicia,” he began. I didn’t know why he looked so desperately upset. He shouldn’t be upset. I should be, because somehow Mrs. Audrian’s pack had hurt mine and Daniel was part of this so called “pack.” Pack? Why did she say pack before? “Please-” I cut Daniel off by asking a question. “What did your mom mean by pack?” I demanded. He looked stunned by my question. His eyes showed bewilderment and shock and other emotions running wildly through his mind. I knew at that moment, he was hiding something. Something that not the average person would know or even ask. He remained quiet. I huffed. “WHAT DID YOUR MOM MEAN BY-”I shouted. Daniel leapt up and covered my mouth. I was 100% sure he was hiding a secret. A big secret. He sighed and said, “A pack is like a group of families living together under one leader even if they are not related, they are together always.” He slowly took his hands off my mouth. Almost unsure if he should do that or not. “A pack,” I began. “Is a term used for animals, and not humans,” I stated almost brutally. He looked down as if insulted. “Yes,” he answered. “You’re right. We aren’t humans.” I waited for him to finish his sentence, but I knew he couldn’t. So I did. “Because you are werewolves.” ------------------------------------------ Somehow, Felicia San Rossa's life gets turned into hell each time she finds peace in her life. "Being away from you was unbearable," Isaiah confessed. "I couldn't focus on anything," he took a pause before continuing "What happened to my letter? I hope it is not somewhere in the trash," Isaiah said playfully, though his eyes betrayed his seriousness. Susan remained silent, bowing her head. "Susan, answer me," Isaiah urged gently. Susan blushed and looked down, "You are such an idiot." "I agree with that," Isaiah admitted. "Me, coming here and waiting for you, it has to mean something," she said, looking away from him. "Hey, I might be an idiot, but I can still understand what you feel" "Then why don't you understand it without me having to say it outright?" --- In the bustling heart of New York City, Evelyn Mae entered the world on a crisp autumn day. Born into a middle-class family, Evelyn was the youngest of four siblings, with one brother and two sisters who adored her. Her siblings, all married and thriving in their own lives, often reminisced about their mischievous yet cherished childhood days together. Evelyn, being the baby of the family, was particularly doted upon. Growing up, Evelyn was the apple of her parents' eyes. Her mischievous antics were often met with gentle reprimands and warm smiles, for she brought an unparalleled joy to their lives but it soon came to an end when her parents died in an accident. One afternoon at her uncle's house, Evelyn sat at the kitchen table when a sudden realization struck her-she wanted to become a doctor. Determined to pursue her dream, she enrolled in medical school, sharing an apartment with her childhood best friend, Susan. They attended the same college and bonded over a few shared classes. Susan's unwavering support and their late-night talks kept Evelyn motivated through the grueling demands of medical school. Years later, Evelyn graduated with honors, her dream fulfilled, ready to embrace the future.

30 parts Complete Mature
Have you ever met someone who alters the course of your life? For good or for bad, they've come in, given and taken, and then- BOOM! Your life was never the same. There's always a change, an altering of reality. When you meet those people, the reality that you've known your whole life is suddenly gone and a new one has taken its place. When those moments happen, there's no going back. You can try to return to the way things were but nothing, and I mean nothing, can take you back to exactly how it was. That's what happened to us. I think that's why we're still trying so desperately to get back to some sort of normalcy. Four years later and we're still on the ground, crawling, in search of the happiness that was lost that June. Summers will never be the same. Midnight walks through my neighborhood will never be the same. Field parties with bonfires and loud music will never be the same. I still don't know why you left and what lead you to the decision you made. What I do know is that we're here. We're alive and we're pushing forward to the future. A future that you're not a part of. But in some ways, I'm glad you're not a part of it. I just wish it wasn't like this. *** TRIGGER WARNING*** SA, abuse, suicide, substance abuse, and mental illness. This is a complete story that is much like life; fast, full of surprises, and not always how we want it to be. This has been a project of mine for over three years. It was self-published on Amazon, but after some issues in publication, I decided to just upload it on here. I hope you fall in love with these characters like I have. The friends in this story are trying to make names for themselves, figure out who they are, who they can trust, how to love, and how to separate themselves from a restrictive community. As in any coming of age story, they will experience growing pains... but will they survive them before its too late? PLEASE READ THE TRIGGER WARNINGS.
