Gold in the Dust
What if the moments that made you feel forgotten were actually preparing you for the person you were meant to become?
Gold in the Dust is a story about dreams, failure, faith, hope, and the quiet journey of becoming.
It is about a girl who once believed her grades could define her future. She tried, failed, cried, and doubted herself. But somewhere between the tears and unanswered questions, she discovered something no grade could measure: a voice, a dream, and a love for writing.
She began to write.
And slowly, the dream became bigger than her fear.
This is a story about believing that you can fail without being a failure. A closed door does not mean the journey is over. Sometimes you must walk through seasons where nobody believes in you before you learn to believe in yourself-and in God.
There is also something beyond what we can see.
Perhaps somewhere in heaven, someone who loved us is looking down, praying for us, hoping we keep going.
Maybe that is what GOD DID IT really means.
Not that the journey was easy.
Not that there were no failures.
Not that every prayer was answered immediately.
But somehow, through the impossible moments, God was still writing a story we could not yet understand.
Sometimes we see one chapter, while God sees the entire book.
We see the dust.
He sees the gold.
This is also a journey toward a legacy-one that may bring influence, opportunity, power, or wealth.
But I never want to lose kindness along the way.
I want success without forgetting people.
I want power that lifts others.
I want wealth that creates opportunities.
I want my name remembered, but more importantly, I want my life to mean something.
You may fail. You may fall. You may have to begin again.
But never quit.
There are still doors to open, dreams to chase, and a future you have not seen.
Maybe one day you will look back and whisper:
"Now I understand."
"God did it."
Because the gold was there.
It was simply hidden beneath the dust.
