One night leads to a lifetime of questions.

It's the worst time in the nation's history of reproductive laws for someone like Katherine, who doesn't want a child, to learn she's pregnant. In this environment, not having a child will be a challenge. Katherine isn't afraid of a challenge. 29 years later... It's probably the worst possible time in the nation's history of reproductive laws for Millie - well, for someone like Millie - to decide she wants to be pregnant. Getting pregnant requires government approval, and cheating the system means imprisonment in a mysterious facility known as Exile. In this environment, a pregnancy for someone like Millie is all but impossible. Millie doesn't believe in "impossible."

this is simply me voicing opinions on current events and people, political and racial issues, and problems in the lgbtq+ community.

These little hashtags pepper our lives. These are mine and how they represent me. At least that is how I wanted this book to be. It was to be a book of short articles using a hashtag as inspiration. However, it has grown and changed as I have. This book was birthed from my not-so-short social media posts. As I began engaging with people who don't share the same opinion as me, I dug deeper into trying to understand how I decided on my beliefs. I did some armchair research on Street Epistemology. If you haven't heard of it, YouTube it. It will get you to think! I did. I came face to face with what I believed, how I got there, and why. It also forced me to ask whether my beliefs are consistent with my morals and ethics. This book is my contribution to the marketplace of ideas. Hopefully, it stands up to scrutiny. If not, let me know. Maybe you will change my mind. Don't be afraid to join in the conversation; our fluid and diverse voices make our society unique.

This is just my opinion. With all the things I belive about pro choice vs. pro life and about equal rights.
