A mysterious man lurks in the dark. The thriller unravels dark secrets, Romance, Murder and a traitor. ****** It was time to leave the wedding venue and Aahil took brisk strides towards me. He looked as fresh and elegant as he had at the start of the ceremony while I felt spent and drained with exertion. As we walked towards the exit with my hand firmly held by Aahil, he bent his head and spoke in a barely audible whisper, "You really want to find out what it is like being married to me?" he bit out with a flash of pure fire in his mesmeric gaze. "You will wish every minute of the day that you stayed where you belonged and you will be begging to be out of this relationship before the reason for which I had to go through this charade comes to an end!"

[Highest ranking: #1 in Spiritual on 15/8/18] ••• • In which a girl saved a boy's life in the most unexpected of circumstances • She drank water. He drank alcohol. She had a family who'd take a bullet for her. He had a family who'd throw him under the bus. She dreamt of her future. He dreamt of his death. Both are Muslims but only one is closer to their Lord. ••• *NOT CLICHÉ* This story in no way depicts the true Muslim culture. It's about the modern Muslims nowadays who steer away from the right path. This book contains some strong language, graphic content and violence so I advise you to read it with care. Disclaimer: It would be bold of you to assume I know exactly what I am writing. There weren't many things in life that Nabila cared about, but her three friends were very close to her heart, or what she let herself feel of it. The last thing she wanted was a friend of hers to become distant, but that's exactly what happened. Nabila wanted to help her friend, but in all of this, the anxieties and insecurities she ran from caught up to her, and when she ran further, she found herself in crossroads with a boy the blend of words and flaws and a gift he's unaware of, a boy she had no intention of befriending, but also the boy who strangely becomes her confidant. Nabila had her hand stretched so her friend could grab onto it and come out of their rabbit hole, but maybe she needed someone, a friend, to pull her out of hers. Too bad she doesn't acknowledge she's in a rabbit hole.

❝Assallam alay-❞ Holy chicken. Hottie alert. Does my veil look sexy? The holy month of Ramadan; a month where Muslims are required to fast, abstain from sins, and connect spiritually with Allah. It's also the month where Paulina Suarez--the practicing, straightforward, biracial Muslimah--tries to avoid acting on her feelings for the goofy baker boy who has been assigned to make food for her break of fast for the next 30 days. 30 days. She just has to endure his heartwarming smiles, sense of humor, and amazing talent in the art of making samosas for 30 days without jumping his bones. ...And without killing that co-worker of his that's just trying to get to him before Ramadan is up. Yep...no pressure at all. *** a/n: so much fluff... you'd probably suffocate. THIS IS AN OLD DRAFT. Featured Under Editors' Picks, April 2021. Paras Abbas. A walking contradiction. A person harbouring the heart of a child but the brains of a grown-up. A girl with a will to listen to and help anyone she can with her words and action. (A girl addicted to chocolate, tea and books. A healthy addiction, of course.) And a teenager with a knack of getting involved. Ethan Hayworth. A breathing complication. A boy who just wants one stable point to tether his life to. A man hiding his wounds under the façade of a curt, blunt, and impudent brat. (A boy with anger, and trust issues. Nothing major, of course.) And a teenager with a knack of getting into trouble. When Paras moves to US to live with her father, joins a new high school and gets picked as the member of the school's support society( while raising her hand to fix her hijab pin), she's in deep with more on her plate than she ever bargained for. Throw Ethan in the mix and you get a beautiful disaster. An appealing, alluring, and winsome adversity. Chaos and serenity. Darkness and light. Earth and Sky. Storm and Silence. It is, indeed, beautiful. As.... after all, she's his hijabi anchor. Spiritual: #108 (13|09|2016)

(Book 2) "How can you hide from reality when it has collided?" THIS BOOK IS DISCONTINUED!!! The story of Jamila Abdus-Samad. She's the girl who feels alone. Nobody really knew her. Nobody ever saw what she felt inside or who she really is. She is underestimated to the fullest and learned to live with it. It didn't matter what she did or how she did it, no one would see her. The signs were clear that she felt completely and utterly alone in the world, but only she could see the signs. The worst part about it all? She hated herself for it. She hated that she would always let someone down no matter how hard she tried not to. She felt empty inside, like a shell, trapped. But for how long? Forever? With all of her might she hoped it would end soon. Cover credits: @HornsOfARebel

No one helped me when I was literally begging myself with my eyes for them to help me when they were grabbing me like I was some kind of trash. Like they didn't know that I was human.
