Nyelv performing a transplant heart surgery on the boy, replacing his heart with literal Monster Heart t Granute Heart along with another Granute organ buried within the boy. After the surgery was done, the boy was send to this world soon after, given the Vrastumgear, along with 2 Gochizo without any warning nor explanation whatsoever. Living in this world for 4 years live with a family of married couple never blessed with children found after a night he arrived.
