I’m looking for a story about an Alpha finding his mate, she’s been abused by some organisation, doesn’t have a name but a number branded on her and the Alpha and her choose the name Sage for her together. 
          
          The Alpha has a sister that spends a lot of time in the garden. 
          
          I’ve commented on the story before so maybe with some time someone will reply so I can find it but chances are low. I appreciate the help. So sick of Wattpad making it more and more difficult to find stories that you’ve read before.

@Booksandmusicgirl27 Thank you so much for helping me! I contacted Wattpad Support to see if it was possible to get access to my reading history since I’ve spent almost 2 days thinking about this. After giving some details I got a lot story links. Unfortunately none of them matched with the description. There were some stories that have been deleted and I think it must be one of them, Cry of the Wolf is the most likely answer. It sucks that I can’t know be a 100% since the author has deleted their account as well.

@-Emilia it kind of reminds me of Healing His Mate by Burge2k14 the female mate was in a lab and doesn’t remember her name I think she had a number on her arm too but they decide on calling her angel until she does remember her real name.
