@-SHELOVESSPRINGER ,, some tips i have is, one cut anybody that makes you feel like shit off. ( even if there family ). take yourself out on little dates, it can even be something small like going yo target or something, when you’re out if you like something get it!. i also say learning more about yourself would help as well, learning what you like and don’t like. journaling is good as well, remember when you look good you feel good, so make sure you taking care of yourself! and step out your comfort zone!
