after being cast away from the land of the gods, and with the loss of everyhting and nearly everyone she knew , lagina began to show the signs of insanity , and was sent away to a mental institution . only , this place wasn ' t truly what they said they were . in reality , they were creating superhumans through a method of torture . the more pain endured leaves room for more power , they liked to say . but the ' treatment ' never worked on lagina due to already possesing godly powers . nevertheless , the torture continued . with all the pain and grief built up inside her , it was no wonder lagina broke free and murdered everyone there . something inside her snapped , and she was now truly crazy .

at first , she may seem like any normal , sophisticated lady . but one wrong move , one wrong word , and you ' ll see more than just the crazed look in her eye .

after all , the goddess of insanity had to live up to her name .
