Legion of the Lost is nearly complete with only an Epilogue to go! Read Chapter 56 to find out what happened to London after the events of Queen of the Night. Will our star-crossed lovers be reunited at last? 
          
          As I'm in the middle of report-writing,  I'll actually be focusing on some bonus scenes for King of the Mountain instead of wrapping up LotL this week. Several readers have called for more Sail + Ivy moments, and I'm here to deliver! It'll also give me enough time to polish the conclusion of Legion of the Lost and start planning for the next book in the series. Stay tuned for more news on that front!

          It was also shortlisted for the 2021 Wattys, so you can rest assured the writing is reasonably up to scratch! Personally I'm quite proud of this story and very excited to share it with you all, especially if you've already enjoyed my previous works (e.g., Queen of the Night & the Witchfire series). After miraculously dodging COVID-19 over three years of placement and teaching, it's finally caught up with me this weekend. It's a mighty rough experience and I wanted to let you know that the update for Legion of the Lost may be delayed by a day or two.  My sincere apologies, because I've also been so excited to share the next chapter of Nora's story with you all. 
          
          On that note, LotL is only two or three chapters away from completion. Within these upcoming installments we'll find out exactly what happened to London Irephang... I know you've all been waiting! 
          
          I also have some exciting news regarding the future of the series, but I have to keep it hush hush for now. Just know that Book 3 is coming sooner than you think, and so is our favourite girl Chance Nightshade. It's the direct continuation of Queen of the Night that you've all been waiting for :) 
          
          But don't worry -- Nora will be coming back with her own part to play as well. The story is far from over, and I can't wait to share the ride with you!

Hello my friends, 
          
          Chapter 47 of Legion of the Lost is officially published! Thank you for bearing with me as I recovered from an unexpected illness over the last two weeks. As recompense, this chapter has quite a bit of meat on its bones, nearing 3000 words in total. Dig in! 
          
          More news on Freeing Red is coming, so stay tuned for the release of two teaser chapters.

          I've come down with a nasty cold and need to rest up, so the next chapter of LotL will be pushed back a couple days. Sorry for the delay. 
          
          I'll also be releasing the first two chapters of Freeing Red sometime this week, as a teaser for its full release later in the year. If you haven't started the Blood Moon series yet, I'd love for you to check it out in the mean time -- I had a lot of fun writing it and think it's some of my best work yet.
