Lucien froze mid step, dropping the treasure chest he was carrying to the floor as he quickly feigns his innocence ' I don't know what you meant by that, I'm just... Lost ' he countered, averting his gaze

“mhmm,”  her chin tilts upward slightly,  considering the stranger before her.  she tucks away her phone and crosses her arms,  “well,  never mind.  it wasn’t an important call—not one worth threatening you to keep a secret over,  anyway.  i actually assumed this spot was vacant,  as in no one would find me up here.  but,  here we are.” 

' it's more like, being at the wrong place at the wrong time kind of setting to be honest ' he answer, shrugging his shoulders slightly as he feign his innocence.
