Update: 
          
          I’m alive! I recently graduated uni, and I’m going to grad school this fall. I have primarily moved all my writing to a03 (same user as here) because Wattpad went really downhill imo. Most of my watty friends left years ago around the time I fell off. 
          
          I now primarily write about Star Trek ships, which makes ao3 the perfect medium to share those works. However, if I ever decide to write an original story again, I will post it here.

          12 year old me- created a Wattpad account to escape overzealous religious indoctrination she didn’t know she had. 
          
          16 year old me- writes a poorly written short story about that religious purity and anti feminism indoctrination she struggled with that apparently speaks to others too. 
          
          21 year old me- almost out of that religious indoctrination, doesn’t really write anymore because she’s writing political science research powers in preparation for grad school. 
          
          All that to say, I can’t believe people still read “Slut”. It’s hardly my best work and the writing style is incredibly cringey. I think the message was bigger than the writing and that’s what really matters. Thanks to those who continue to find this story and read it, even after several years of its completion. 
          
          Maybe one day I’ll really return to Watty, but I had my big break on here and choked. Truth is, I’m not a writer for entertainment. I’ve always struggled with fiction. I’m a researcher. I write about American life, racism and minorities, and politics. 
          
          If I ever do get an inkling to write an original story again, I’ll be sure to start here.

Currently going through a midlife crisis because I was CONVINCED I was a Slytherin or at LEAST Ravenclaw!!! but everyone important in my life have all confirmed within the past month that I’m actually Gryffindor, and I’m SICK to my stomach thinking about it... but I think they may be right.
