Man...I am getting too old for mosh pits...
          	Went to a concert last night...all is going well...until the Wall of de@th. 
          	For those of you who don't know what that is...it's where the crowd (usually in the pit), splits into two groups. Essentially, they getting a running head start before moshing. Anyway, I get caught up in it (there was no way out). I got clocked in the head, which stunned me enough to not be prepared to get shoved on the wet floor. I fell, someone tried to haul me up, and someone twice my size fell on top of me. Long story short, I am covered in bruises, my back hurts, and my right leg from the thigh down is black and purple where I got crushed. 
          	
          	Funny part is...10/10 would absolutely do it again.

I wrote my first piece of music in more than 10 years today. 
          
          I stopped writing music due to trauma and the survival need to be quiet. Today, I wrote a piece that calls out the two men in my past who tried to break me. 
          
          "Teatime with Demons" is my new passion project

Being up since 3am with depression is a whole other vibe. 
          4 hours of sleep, and no food in the last 12hr except a handful of almonds. 
          Now I'm debating about going and getting another piercing
