Ben Agar

Hello! My name is Ben Agar and I've been writing for a long time, easily most of my life at about fifteen years or so.  I'm from New Zealand.

I love to write to read and will never stop doing either, doesn't matter if I make a profit or not with it. 

Most have done 40k fanfiction over the years but am now expanding my horizons. I've been world building a lot lately. Making my own thing which will be easier to one day publish. I've started my novel based in said world. It just needs to be edited.

It's called The Legends of Angara: The Underside, I wrote during NaNoWriMo and boy was that a challenge. One I stood up too and completed, I'm proud to say. Despite all the other distractions I had during November.

Now I have begun my original fiction account based in a world I've been building since 2010. It's fantasy, but mixed with many many differing genres. Including Film Noire, horror, cosmic horror, war, and others. One thing which kinda makes it differ is that the technology level slowly, glacially does increase unlike a lot of fantasy worlds. The 'current' time is set during their equivalent of our 1940's as well as in terms of aesthetics and fashion (although many short stories will be based before this time) On these accounts I'll be posting short stories exclusively, one by one over the months. Right now I only have one up!
