I will be potentially leaving Wattpad.
          	Now that that is out of the way, wattpad has apparently started another purge - normally fine by me, I know my stories follow the guidelines - however this time, rumor has it, they will be using an AI instead of actual human people to check over stories which - due to the unreliable state of AI - has a high chance in removing normal, rule abiding books from the site all together.
          	I have reached out to wattpad's 'official account' to ask for clarification on these rumors, however, if these rumors ARE true, I will be leaving this site for the safety of the stories I wrote though out my later adolescence.
          	SHOULD I leave, I will head over to Ao3 - they allow readers to read stories without an account, which is one of the few conditions I really look for - and I will post a final announcement on here with my account from over there.
          	IF this is all just a rumor that got out of hand, then there will be no need for alarm.
          	
          	Apologies for the unpleasant announcement, I will be (trying) to post a chapter on one of the books tonight before I head to bed to make up for all  of this.

@Hi_pineapple23 No, I have an 'empty' account over there that I use to read my favorite fan works of beloved stories, I'll use that for my books when I get enough time off of work to fully transfer everything

@queeerpancake That's actually really close to my plan, I'm going to keep updating the books on here until they get taken down but all the updates and any new books will be found on AO3 (Once I get enough time to transfer everything lol)

I have to say author san that I'm really enjoying all of your soulmate books so far. So much so that I'm starting to get inspiration and maybe make my own soulmate book (if I really get around to it because of laziness lol) but I don't want copy off of your ideas. Do you have any tips or advice on how do it my own way without feeling like a copycat? Message me back when you can. Thanks!

@DemBussyLips @I__iDk__K I'm partially moving to Ao3, the book here will still update until the AI (potentially) removes my books, but any new books and every book now will be sent over to Ao3.
            Once I finish moving all of my existing books over there, I'll make an announcement with my other account's name so everyone can find it if they want :)

Please be aware Wattpad is doing a nother purge but using a faulty AI this time. They're also doing something called shadow ban which is where your books aren't being taken down but people are unable to see them.

@Nobody90999 Oh I don't doubt you, it very much tracks with how things appear to be going, I merely want to see if they'll maybe realize how many passionate people they're going to loose if they use an AI to more or less violently scrape across the site and change their minds.
            The purge done by employees last time wasn't that bad after all, hopefully they'll realize what they're doing is a terrible disservice and stop while there's still hope :)

@Cecidissewolf  I've heard multiple people on the few social media platforms I'm on mention the AI. I call the AI faulty since horror stories are getting taken down and shadow baned when they don't go against any of the new rules.
