Hi. In Billionaire's war in chapter 13 when you explained in the comment section on how if you wrote in Omer's pov, you mentioned Veronica rejecting to marry him. When does this happen?

@mathapelo1 This happens just before Cora asked him to marry him I'm talking about maybe less than a month before. maybe two weeks before. I dont remember the exact timeline. That's why Cora mentioned that originally Omer brushed off her proposal then he suddenly showed up in her penthouse and demanded she sign (aka married in the penthouse with a judge). Omer truly believed in marriage without a divorce from the very begining. He was used to the idea of Veronica, but that didnt work and he remembered how his parents always wanted him to marry Cora. He didnt see her as a second option he saw it as maybe he could start a life with her in a non traditional sense (Cora would be the perfect wife on paper). Then he felt guilty when Veronica was hurt over it. Omer was always protecting Veronica at all costs which is why he continued to do so even after marriage. He confused love with a sense of duty and that angered him. He took it out on Cora a bit. He started seeing a side of Cora he admired and eventually fell in love with her. Alot of people are so against Omer but that's how it is in real life. Sometimes you hurt the people you over and idea of someone else. You get confused and make stupid choices. He made alot of mistakes. but at the end he realized he was olay when Veronica left. He was fine. With cora he realized she was what he wanted.
