HI Author I have a question. So I want to start writing a book but I don't really have the motivation to do so and I don't really have any topics or genre that people would like. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you

That’s… Honestly, if you feel like there’s nothing you want to write about, better don’t.
            Motivation is needed because most stories get abandoned just because writers get tired of them. They have nothing to hold on to to continue writing.
            
            Find a topic that speaks to you. A trope that you would wanna explore.
            Start with a short story. There’s no need for complicated plots and tens of chapters if you feel like you might drop it.
            A story with a simple plot line can work well for the first one. Two or three locations where everything happens. Not too many characters involved.
            Make the plot before you start writing and ask yourself what your characters’ motivation is. What you want to achieve with this story, etc..
            
            There’s plenty of tips on the internet, just google how to plot a story

@DisorderOfSound Author-nim I just saw your updates of Ink Whisper. I was busy with work and need to spend plenty of time for myself so I didn't had the chance to open this platform for few months. As a beginner, I was shy and wouldn't comment anything even if I want too but once I started to understand that how much comments will boost authors energy to write a good book! Thank you for writing amazing books! I started to follow you when I read your books previously and I really appreciate your effort to create all the wonderful book :) My apologies, I didn't know much about what happen during my mia moment.. And with today, I have completed my journey on this app.
          
          I decided on not deleting my profile, as all my fics are now in drafts and I kinda like them there :D
          But I am leaving. I have already deleted the app from my phone and will soon completely log out of Wtpd.
          
          Thank you all for this amazing time. I appreciate all of you and all the love and support you've given me throughout these three years.
          
          You can find me on the bird app and on archive if you decide to see how I'm doing, but other than that, naaah.
