I keep seeing new reads and likes on "The Fine Print" which of course makes me excited. I started writing additional chapters to the story but have a lot of WIPs and I circulate through them as I come up with something to write. So, the additional chapters are slow to come on the story between the Southie and the Dollface. 
          
          But, some good news: I'm close to being ready to drop a new short story on you and this one gives you a little insight into how Ronan (the Southie) came to own the bar where the contract is signed! 
          
          Hopefully it will be up by Monday and it will appear in the anthology I've started called "Skirts."

Good gravy! Feels like I've been absent from Wattpad for a spell. I assure you, I've become more of a lurker than active participant of late. But that's mostly because I've been immersed in beta reading and editing. Seems that even though I had a significant chunk of "Casualty" written - over half a book - it needed some tweaking. And thus, it's been sitting there untouched. 
          
          Also, I've had some trouble with my writing mojo...for sad reasons. My dad passed away unexpectedly in May and that's really screwed with my emotions, my creative brain, my motivation...basically, I've become a vegetable. I've been writing about my loss over on my blog: https://ellekarmawrites.wordpress.com. 
          
          Somehow, in all this crap, I've managed to pick up new followers. How did that happen? Well, if you're hreading my little update, WELCOME! I'm really glad you're here. Let me know you're lurking occasionally. Like or comment on a story. It would make my day, seriously.

I've been writing this one for a while. it's been through a few drafts and beta/reading critique so I feel like it is polished and really ready for mass consumption. So, I finished "The Chop" on Thursday night and posted the final chapters and epilogue. It is the very first novel I have actually finished writing. Honestly, it's a little surreal for me. Anyhow, my next project is lined up. Chapters of "Casualty" will start dropping weekly the second week of April. I'm really excited and hope you'll give it a read!!

Okay y'all. New chapter of The Chop is posted. I think...maybe...the next chapter is the last one plus a little short epilogue. I'm hoping I'll have the end posted by next weekend. Then I can put it to bed and give my attention to "Casualty" which is coming in April!!!!!
