I generally don't really care how an actor looks in an adaptation compared to the book, but all the discourse surrounding the Twisted series by Ana Huang getting picked up for a show has made me realize that people are rude as fuck if someone isnt cast 100% to exactly how a reader imagined in their head. (Spoiler, Henry Cavill is too old to be playing every single book boyfriend ever, especially if said book boyfriend is only in his early 30s)

@FreedomWhistle I feel like the main focus of casting should be who the best actor is for that character. I would like for them to be close in age too - Like in Harry Potter, the marauders that lived should've been what 30and so should Snape, but Alan Rickman was almost twice that age. But he was extremely talented and I'm not sure if another actor could have portrayed him as well during that time.

@FreedomWhistle Yea l think books turning into shows, especially popular books nobody is never going to be satisfied with the casting. Also I agree with you on Henry, as much as I love him he’s too old playing every book boyfriend
