honestly,bae since u rlly like him so i would give u the advice to know WHY he loves ur close friend XD
          	  Tbh,after you find out that, then go to ur close friend and INDIRECTLY ask them if they actually like this dude because if they do, then they'll prolly come to know that they have feelings for eachother etc BUT if they dont thats the chance u have to hop on, like first try to see the pros and cons of the dude and then and ONLY THEN do ask him out cuz u still dont know how he'll be after you ask him out, please dont try to change urself for that guy because u may just lose that one close friend because they're prolly special if u called them close<3
