This is Heartlessian Angelica, otherwise known as the Heartless Angel. While not an Angel and actually a Goddess, the immortal being has a pair of Angel wings, thus her title being Angel. The winged Goddess is an excellent sword fighter and magic user, as well as a caring woman and loving mother figure.

Her real name is Luna, and she is the youngest daughter of the creator of life and apart of the White Paladins, the elite guard and army of the creator of life. They would fight battles for the creator of life and battle against demons and other sinful creatures. Luna was one of the greatest Paladins in the army, second only to the general of the army. Heartlessian Angelica is a demonic form of the wise Goddess.
