Writers need to stop abandoning their stories! Mainly Fan fiction writers are especially notorious for this, I rarely ever read anything complete anymore just a couple of chapters and boom the story is never updated ever again.

I swear most fan fictions i've read on this site, heck on fanfiction.Net and archive of our own also, writers keep abandoning their stories and it seems to be a trend. This needs to stop, i actually want to read something that is going to have an ending because that's what stories should aim to be like - have a conclusion. Otherwise what's the point of telling the story? This really has to change.

I understand that some may encounter writers block or personal circumstances that hinder them, but otherwise please make sure when telling a story, dedicate yourself to finish telling that story. It doesn't bother me how long it takes to reach the end as long as I know the writer hasn't given up on the story.

I'm sure there are many fan fiction readers who share my opinion. It's just getting frustrating now, I'm so cautious about reading ongoing series now because i fear I'll be left hanging forever after a few great chapters.
          	*sigh* Enough said anyway.

SuperSuperrr

Check out my original story! It's a lot like an anime such as Code Geass!

@Hopeson15 Trust me, it's not just you. I have the same problem with an original story I am writing. I am nowhere near ready to publish it on here. It's hard to write a story with so many characters in it. If you ever need to talk or vent, you are more than welcome to PM me any time at all :)
