Hey guys! It’s been a while! I’ve got news! 
          
          Ive always been someone who prefers to live in the shadows. I preferred to go unheard, unseen, a ship in the passing.
          Now, I am not complaining about this path I decided to walk, and yes it does have its own benefits - I can live a peaceful and quiet life - but did I ever feel completely accomplished? I wouldn't say so. I soon realized that's my behavior truly reflected what I had become - a ship in the passing on this turbulent water that we call life. I stirred no waters, or rocked any boats, however I didn't enjoy the sunset, nor did I find solace in the ocean and its powerful yet peaceful state. 
          In my contemplation of the life I had, and all the adventures and paths out there waiting for me to walk, I decided to change the way I have been doing things.
          I was looking at life through my lenses of fear and inadequacy, creating in me a pool of self-doubt and paralyses. However, I'm now ready to take a new course, trek on a new road, look for a new adventure. In my search, I discovered the beauty of storytelling. The art of words intertwining with your heart, creating in you a feeling or image so unique in itself. So I put my pen to paper, and I wrote a book with a collection of 50 poems  entitled : "In the wakes of Midnight." A book written by the hands of an amateur, who is unsure of the road she decided to tread on. This book is a culmination of years of passion, which had laid buried in my fears, years of dedication and the exploration of the world of poetry.
