Reading is the ultimate form of escapism and, for me, there is nothing more satisfying than a fantastic story well-told, with characters that you really care about.



Because real-life can sometimes be pretty boring, my favourite books usually contain elements of fantasy, mystery and, of course, romance.  I avoid sad endings at all costs, but there's nothing wrong with a little bit of angst along the way.



At the moment, I have fallen in love with all things Chinese or South Korean, so if I ever post a story here it will probably be heavily influenced by the literature and drama from those two fascinating countries.
