I am somewhere not far beyond 30, reading and writing fantasy and quietly trundling through life, enjoying the view. Currently, I write and reside in Scotland. I have no real preference when it comes to sub-genres but I will mostly only read speculative fiction.



I used to want to be a writer more than anything or, specifically, a published author. I put so much pressure on myself to succeed that I destroyed any love I had for the craft. I've taken a lot of time to figure out what writing means to me, and how I want to approach it. 



I'm working on something now that I care about, and that I really do want to pursue. Something I want to write for the sake of writing, but also because I struggle to find books I want to read. This book is something I'd like to read. This book is also part of a broad campaign to better myself, and get myself out there.
