I'm a nerd, a video gamer geek, and a huge fan of fantasy, both for teens and adults. I'm in my thirties but I have two adult step-children.



My favorite authors include Ursula K. Le Guin, Robin McKinley, and Tamora Pierce. Basically I want magic that knocks my socks off, vibrant worlds that I can picture in my head, characters with complexity and depth (especially the girls), and descriptions of tasty food never hurt.
