My most popular story - Old Mister Bitterman - is currently number 279 in the category #frick. Frick! My name! No.279! That means 278 people have more popular stories than I do in a category that is my actual own name! And I've been on here for years! I'm beginning to wonder whether I'm even number one in the category " #people called Max Frick who have written stories called Old Mister Bitterman".

Has anyone heard of w e b n o v el? Is it a scam? My messages don't seem to send when I write it without spaces between the letters. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

@whatcatydidnext Thanks very much for the response. Yeah, I looked further into them myself and I think you're right. But when I said my messages weren't working I wasn't being impatient, or upset that no one was responding, it was just that whenever I tried to write to send a message with that company's name in it the message simply wouldn't send. Took me a few attempts to figure that out. I presume they've been banned from Wattpad for poaching. In any case, thanks again for taking the time to reply.
@MaximilianFrick not that darling, I think people are probably just thinking about it. I've been approached, but can't get any feed back either. A wee bit of snooping lead me to believe they're just another site, similar to watty.

Actually, on second thought, I think my numbers were only rising because of me messing around with my stories and updating them and stuff. Can that be the case? Can you increase your own numbers by reading your own stories? Could that be why some stories on here have millions of reads while I have eleven? In any case, I'll be here all day flicking through and back through my stuff.
Just wanted to say thanks to those of you who read my stuff over the last couple of days. After a long period of stagnation it feels good to see the numbers creeping up again. Cheers.
