If you live in the U.S. or follow U.S. news, you know that today the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, the landmark decision that made the right to abortion a national law. Today’s ruling paves the way for many states to impose outright bans on all abortions.

This decision reflects a minority theocratic worldview that does not reflect the views of the majority. It is undemocratic.

Bodily autonomy is a human right.
          	Reproductive rights are human rights.
          	Women’s rights are human rights.

Unfortunately, this is likely not the last attack on human rights we will see, and marriage equality, LGBTQIAP+, and especially trans rights are now further endangered.

Wherever you live, don’t take your rights for granted, and don’t lose hope. The fight goes on, the struggle continues, and must keep doing all we can to make the world a better place for everyone.

@OwlieCat Thank you so much for the positive wishes. I feel so angry at the Supreme Court for what they have done. They have no decency to respect actual human lives

@theaddictbookreader Thank you! And I hope you do — writing is so fun when you just let yourself tell a story <3

You follow my old account--not sure you know who this is--but, I just came back to Wattpad not too long ago. And words cannot express how much I love seeing notifications for updates for "Healer of Sakkara". It's really good!

OwlieCat

@GraveyardSiren Hello again, and welcome back! I’m glad you’re enjoying the story so far – I haven’t tried a fantasy set in a made-up world before ^_^

FirelightAshes

Hey, I was wondering if psyches wings can be read as a stand alone without reading the bound by blood series or if it can’t/shouldn’t - like if it holds a lot of spoilers and not just some small ones

OwlieCat

@FirelightAshes Hi! I can be read as a standalone. The characters from the original series are mostly background. I guess it might help to have some idea of who they are, but as long as you don’t find yourself completely confused, it should be okay. No major spoilers that I recall ^_^

In what order should I read the story of Hunter and Julian?

sillydonna

@sillydonna Thanks so much!
Reply

OwlieCat

@sillydonna Hi! Thanks for asking. The order is:
            Heart’s Blood
            Heart’s Redemption
            Heart’s Price
            Heart’s Desire
But they can all be read as standalones, too!
