Take a deep breath in. Let it out. Let all your 'bad' thoughts out. All the negativity, out with it. Your an amazing person. It's all in your mind. Breathe. Live. Smile. I want to see that twinkle in your eyes. Nah, not yet.... Aha! There it is!
Now, with this positive attitude, see all the good things in life. Look outside you window. Observe. Listen.
