Okay, since the next chapter is taking a bit because OC duels are a pain to write, might as well open this discussion to my Yugioh readers: Marik’s deck was designed to specifically counter Yugi’s and no one else’s, hence, he is a subpar duelist against everyone else and has to rely on the Millennium Rod and Ra’s power. Discuss.

@SnowflakeDragon18 I'm not the best when it comes to making up duels since I just read duel transcripts from the original but sometimes I write down all the cards the duelist has and as bad at it sounds make up a few cards just so the duelist can duel against one another. Sorry if it's a bad explanation.
