Hey, guys! I'm so close to finishing Black Avatare, and I'm super grateful to all of you reading this far! :3 ❤ Thanks so much! I have some catching up to do on the books I'm reading, so I'll get do it asap!
I've got sequels to write for my books, and I have a whole new space story that I've been sporadically planning for many years. But I won't be posting that here. WP's new direction on less spec fic, less worldbuilding and super simple writing style isn't for the stories I write.
On another note, now that the messaging feature is gonna go, you can find me in quite a few Discord servers, including Dreamland, Ooorah and Writer's Kingdom. I'm in Dreamland Hunt book club as well. Out of the wave of changes we're seeing recently, at least the new YA rules are a step in the right direction. I'm really tired of running into smut left and right on the platform, and it's worse than ever when it involves teens.

@SuVida777 LOL yes, you are right that at some point I will have to consider putting eggs in other baskets if I want to publish, for now I feel like I should focus on doing writing I’m proud of. Of course I’d also have to think about mentioning Wattys in queries cause it’s not always a positive thing for agents to know. I found you on Discord so keep me in the loop!!! I’m hype for you!! :3

@ellalbooks Yeah, I did multimedia at uni. :3 ❤ My program covered everything from graphic design to 3D work. But my focus was digital art and 2D animation, so that's what I've been honing. There are lots of free resources--I highly recommend Aaron Blaise's digital art tuts on YouTube. He was formerly a Disney animator. Digital art is super fun! Go for it!

It's not every day I get excited enough about a show to talk about it on WP, but y'all gotta watch the 3 Body Problem on Netflix! : O ❤ This is one insanely quirky, super unique sci-fi story that got me really hooked. The science is solid. Got everything from string theory to quantum entanglement and even a particle accelerator that's half the size of a planet.
It's funny I should be watching this now, because these days I'm writing a trippy spacetime anomaly scene for Black Avatare. And I'm visualizing a Calabi-Yau manifold, which features in the 3 Body Problem as well. :3 Speaking of Black Avatare, it's really close to ending, so I'm taking my sweet time to try and do the climax right. Everyone reading it, please excuse my chaotic posting schedule. Thank you so much for sticking with Black Avatare all this time! ❤ I appreciate every read and comment!

@MikeDePaoli Ikr! I was like O____O And yez, I was so shipping them meself. : / It's so insanely sad. I think he'd come back. The San-Ti would intercept the capsule coz they'd wanna get their hands on a human specimen. They've got the tech for mind-uploading, so Will would show up as a computer/robot.

I've got catching up to do with the books I've been reading too! I'll get to those soon. :3 ❤ On another note, after 3 years of Ambassadoring, I'll be taking my leave from the program next month. It's been lots of fun and hard work! But I'll still be hanging out with my Amb buddies on WP and Discord. Plus, might even keep running one of the profiles I'm running, since quite a few of the Amb profiles are going to be community-run.
