so here's a recipe that I don't want to forget but I'm probably never gonna do
          Ingredients:
          3 slices of bread
          Pizza sauce
          Grated mozzarella cheese
          Mini pepperoni
Egg wash (1 small egg + 1tsp milk)
          Herbs (optional)

          1) Cut the crusts off the bread slices and press down the middle of them.

          2) Fill the middle of the slices with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, mini pepperoni, and herbs if you wish.

          3) Brushed the edges with egg wash.

          4) Fold them in half and seal them with a fork.

          5) Brush the tops with egg wash.

          6) Put them in the air fryer (180°C) for 7 minutes until golden brown.
