This is a reply to your reply of my comment on your recent book. the Percy you have is great, his main problem is that he is too brooding and he struggles to fight enemies that are not as powerful as you make them out to be, in “the moon’s shine” nico says that Percy has power that rivals Olympians but before that he struggled to beat a hydra even with help. Your fights are ok, it’s just that they aren’t convincing enough to show Percy’s display of fighting and ability prowess, one thing some writers forget is that a fight isn’t all swords or abilities, a good fight displays an effective use of abilities and swordsmanship (you do this pretty fine by yourself though). Percy’s most common traits are: his loyalty (obviously) his care, his sass, and his love. Your books do pretty good at telling a story but sometimes you stray away from Percy having his solo main character moment when he could make a sassy comment or show his care for others. In your most recent book you made him very broody, though I’ve never been through as much as he’s been through so I don’t know how he feels. One last thing, can you please try to scale Percy a bit better in future books, what I mean is: if Percy could go toe-to-toe with Olympians than he should be able to take on many powerful foes with ease

          Don't worry—I'm not going on vacation (at least not yet XD). Tomorrow is going to be a very special release. Yup, you heard that right—I'm releasing the prologue of my NEW book. This is going to be an new endeavor for me, as this one will not be a Percy Jackson fanfiction—I'll be dipping my toes into the non-fanfiction world! Anyway, I'm not giving up on Percy Jackson, but please do read it and comment if you like it or not. I'd really appreciate it. If all goes well, updates will be slow but consistent. Love you guys!
