My name is Christopher Compton, a guy with dreams probably a little too big for this world. I'm from a small town north of Toronto called Keswick, which only fueled my desire for bigger and better things from life, inherently stimulating my hyper imagination. I enjoy watching movies and hanging out with my friends and family. When not writing my trilogy, I am thinking about writing my trilogy, or wrapped up in a book and wondering what it would be like for someone else to one day be reading my books. I hope to settle in my favorite place of all, New York.

I have always had an active imagination. Even when I was young, I never let things just pass me by, I would take moments to reflect. I didn't know what my overworked mind was good for, until I watched the film Memento, directed by Christopher Nolan. I was captivated by the mystery, enthralled in the world created, and eager to watch it again to pick up all the little details. Since that movie entered my life, I realized what I wanted to do: I wanted to capture people's imagination as that movie had captured mine. Through writing, I believe I will achieve this goal. My specialty is fantasy, but I am always eager to try new genres and mediums, such as comedy or scriptwriting. I am currently working on This Story is Junk.
