          Sorry for not posting for The King’s Artist last week. Unfortunately there’s not going to be a chapter this week either. I’ve been filling out scholarship applications and doing essays, and it’s completely exhausted me. I’m little empty on creativity at the moment, so I’m just gonna take a little longer of a break.

          Me: rereading my work and noticing that something sounds off 
          
          Me: figuring out it’s because it’s written in past tense 
          
          Me: slowly realizing that I needed to have written it in present tense 
          
          Me: later angrily editing 8 chapters into the proper tense
