Dr Hannibal Lecter had been carefully eyeing the young resident as he opened the door to his office… it was habit. And the man’s body language had made him curious…
An absolute textbook case. Something right out of any psychiatry book in the world. A perfect reflection of the DSM. Right down to the movement of his eyes, the small twitches… and just simply his choice of clothing. He could smell the sterility that came from a hospital, a very similar scent to the one carried by the FBI’s forensic specialists when they came out from the autopsy. Cleaning solutions and harsh soaps, made specifically to keep bacteria from contaminating the patients.
“Dr Murphy, please come in.” The psychiatrist said calmly, his hazel eyes watching him as he gestured for him to enter, “I was not expecting you to be early, what can I help you with?”

"Are you Doctor Murphy?" Theo asked walking up to the other "I'm ssa gray'

Shaun's eyes grew wider for a split second as he heard before blinking softly.
"What appears to be troubling my patient will have to wait till they arrive so i can run a test. If it's mere medical advise, I will ask you to still get in the queque"

The resident eyed him curiously before answering in a monotone voice.
"You dont seem to be troubled. I have patients at hand, you should get administered by the nurse and wait for your turn."

The surgeon looked up from where she had been working on her computer, going over some lab results for the current case she was overseeing, "Good morning Dr Murphy, is this important or can this be answered by a nurse?"

“That is troubling…” the surgeon replied, “this is definitely something that needs to be looked at by eyes that have a bit more experience than yours.” She crossed her arms, thinking for a moment as she ran a plan through her head, “Have they pinpointed the exact allergen? And have you consulted Dr Glassman? This will require a neurosurgeon’s input.”

"Alright it was a lie, I did my research and you were indeed one of the top five students in whole country. Your professors spoke highly of you
" always prepared, creative, responsible, very stubborn and demanding for a woman. They were correct in all points."
He stated in thought as he glared into the thin air.
"So today while i ran a CT of a woman who's been having repeating seizures, ive discovered an aneurysm on her cranial vein in the willing's circuit. It's causing her permanently raised pressure in brain which causes her episodes, but if we fixate the walls, there's high chance we cause her another episode, stronger than the previous ones by releasing the tension and mechanically creating it which might need to rupture and internal cranial bleeding.
The alternatives could be running EEG and checking responses which could inform us of the state of her vein, other option could be sedating her and taking a look under MRI contrast control, but she's been allergic to medicaments for MRI examination in the past"

“That’s probably a lie and an attempt at flattery, which you should save for any of your other attendings,” She replied while slightly resisting an urge to chuckle at his response, before gesturing for him to sit down in one of the chairs in front of her desk, “Alright, so what do you need to ask me?”

-Shaun is Claire’s favorite resident to work with

-She does her best to try and help him if he gets overwhelmed and tries to identify his triggers

-She likes how honest he is and likes hearing his perspective

-She is willing to argue with anyone who uses their own ableism as an excuse to talk down to him
