Monica Hendricks had dreams to escape her poverty-stricken lifestyle, but when discouragement came from inside of her own home. It was difficult having a mother who put her needs, and desires before her child. Leaving her emotionally wounded; by not protecting her from her pedophile step father. 



Monica desperately wanted to escape her past running into the arms of Smoke who only left her with empty promises of a better life. She found herself lost, and broken which ultimately lead her to a decision that would change her life forever. Monica best friend Rocky brings her into a lifestyle that brings out her alter ego Vanity, making her lose her faith in God, and she begins to live her life on her own terms; until she finds out that money isn't everything, and some lessons we just have to learn the hard way. 



Blue is Rocky friend, and was use to just the two of them running the Poison Palace, and she's not too thrilled about Monica joining their squad.
