          No cause let’s talk about how Euphoria completely skimmed over McKay’s SA… what was the point of that entire scene besides it being turned into something all about Cassie. Like yes I’m sure seeing your bf get SA’d is traumatic, but why didn’t they focus on how traumatic it was for McKay?
          
          I hate that Euphoria had an opportunity to showcase and bring light to SA against black men and then completly fumbled by making it almost all about Cassie. Who’s just coincidentally a yt woman.
          
          I hope they retouch on it in season 2 because it didn’t really sit right with me how they just left it without much of a real explanation.

i literally was just rewatching that episode and thinking bout that… also it was also pretty ‘coincidental’ that he was getting assualted while surrounded by a bunch of white men, in front of a white woman. weird.
