Connie Shelton

A lifelong fan of mysteries and thrillers, Connie Shelton is the USA Today bestselling author of two mystery series. Her print books and e-books are sold in more than 72 countries, with more than a million copies downloaded to date. Shelton grew up in New Mexico, and she has used her enchanting home state as the setting for most of her stories, although she has also incorporated international locales based on her own world travels. Five of her Charlie Parker mysteries have been optioned for film and television production.

In addition to her fiction writing accomplishments, Shelton has received several awards for her essays and was a contributor to Chicken Soup For the Writer's Soul. Outside of writing, her passions include dogs, art, cooking and travel.
