someone tell me why wattpad is taking over the world?? like the “after” and “kissing booth” movies started it all. and i get those are now like “real” books and stuff now but like after was LITERAL tan fiction and in the last movie one of the characters said hardin, in a movie abt his book he wrote (idk it was confusing imo) should be played by HARRY STYLES. the og fanfic was abt harry… that’s so weird. and now with the “my life with the walters boys” series is out and like this is great, give smaller authors an audience but like… damn. just crazy to me
