Chapter 39 of "The Face Behind the Mask" is up. The man paced around his room,  regretting taking Kelsey's phone.  That's when it all started coming apart. That's when the police started narrowing their search. He couldn't outrun them forever. It was now or never, probably his last chance and he didn't have much time.
